Investment in the future

The traditional groundbreaking ceremony at the beginning of June 2021 officially launched the new VLV building. A modern and functional office building will be erected by the end of 2023. After more than 100 years of its existence, what has been planned for a long time is now becoming a reality: A modern and functional office building replaces the previous administrative building from 1929. Then as now, the premise applies: “The building itself should be presentable, beautiful and, above all, practical, but it should be clear that thrift and not unlimited funds were used.” (Original quote from the then Board of Trustees, 1928)

April 2022

The excavation work is finished. The foundations and concreting can begin.

March 2022

The excavation work for the building pit began at the beginning of March. The excavation work is scheduled to be completed by the end of March, after which the concrete pouring of the floor slab will begin.

August 2021

The demolition work has been completed. The underground car park construction will start in mid-August.

June 2021

After the construction site was set up, the demolition of the existing building will now begin.
