- Draughtsman/Draughtswoman EFZ
- Field of study: Architecture (with potential for advancement to project management)
Your tasks
- Creation of project, implementation, and detailed plans using modern CAD software (e.g., ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, or Revit)
- Application and further development of BIM methodology in ongoing projects
- Preparation of building application and approval documents
- Supporting project management in all planning phases
- Coordination with specialist planners, authorities, and project team
- Collaboration on competitions, concept studies, and designs
- Gradual assumption of project responsibility with the aim of growing into project management in the medium term
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a draftsman/draftswoman EFZ specializing in architecture
- At least five years of professional experience in architecture or planning
- Solid knowledge of CAD (2D/3D) and ideally experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD BIMcloud)
- Has in-depth knowledge of the relevant laws, standards, and regulations in the Swiss construction industry
- Enjoyment of architecture, design, and constructive thinking
- Independent, precise, and team-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to learn and interest in project management tasks
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
