The structural work is complete. Thanks to the progress made on the interior finishing, you can already see the floor plans of the apartments. Work on the facades will also begin shortly. With each passing week, our wonderful residential complex is taking shape.

At Buildings C and D, our buyers will soon be able to get a first glimpse of what life there will be like—the interior work is proceeding according to plan. At Building E, thanks to the tireless efforts of our on-site teams, we are nearing completion of the structural work.

The windows in Buildings C and D have been installed, the walls have been plastered, and the spectacular view of the Kaiser Mountains gives a glimpse of the future charm of the terraces and balconies. The structural work on Building E will be completed by the end of July, and interior finishing work is in full swing.

Construction of the Elbogen Höfe is already so far along that the apartments were able to be shown to interested parties at the recent open house event. The structural work on Buildings C and D has been completed, and interior work will begin shortly.

Once again, impressive progress has been made on the construction site this month. The structural work on Building C is nearly complete, and Buildings D and E continue to rise.
