In Building A, the reinforcement coating on the ETICS has been completed. The final coating will be applied in early 2026. House A: Roofing completed, ETICS completed, currently reinforcement filling, rough installations completed on ground first floor, underfloor heating laid, screed laid, interior plastering to follow, top on the second floor and top to be completed shortly
House B: Roof truss assembled, roof package in progress, apartment partition walls completed
October 2025

House A: The carpentry work on the roof has been completed. Plumbing work is currently being carried out, after which the roof covering can be applied. Inside the building, the rough installations are underway. Work has started on the ETICS on the façade.
House B: The shuttering of the final reinforced concrete ceiling will begin shortly.
September 2025

The structural work on House A is nearing completion. The carpenter is currently erecting the roof truss, and the shell installation has already begun in the apartments. The reinforced concrete elements of the 1st floor of House B have been completed. The brickwork for the exterior walls will begin shortly, followed by the formwork for the ceiling above the first floor.
June 2025

The reinforced concrete ceiling above the first basement floor has been completed. Currently, the reinforced concrete supports and wall panels are being constructed on the ground floor, as well as the erection of the exterior walls using brick construction. The formwork for the reinforced concrete ceiling above the ground floor of House A will begin shortly.
May 2025

The start of the construction work has taken place and the ceiling above the 2nd UG has already been realized. Currently, the reinforced concrete elements in the 1st UG are being carried out and the formwork of the ceiling above the 1st UG will take place shortly.
February 2025

The excavation and work on securing the excavation pit could be continued as planned after Christmas. The construction site equipment is nearing completion and the construction company will soon begin with the foundations.
December 2024

The micropile wall has been erected, the excavation and the realization of the nail wall have begun.
October 2024

The demolition work on the existing buildings has begun and the excavation pit securing and excavation will be tackled subsequently.
