The shell construction has been completed, the underground parking garage and basement have been partially backfilled, and the scaffolding has been erected. Construction work on the three apartment buildings on Sägewiesstrasse in Heiden is progressing according to plan and at a pleasingly rapid pace. Only the final ceiling remains to be completed on Building A before the attic can be erected in January. Read more

The ceiling above the first floor of house A has been successfully concreted. In House B, the ceiling of the 1st basement floor has been completed. The walls of the 1st basement floor of House C have been completed. The next stages of the construction process now include the backfilling work and preparations for the next concreting stages.

The cranes have been erected and the first walls of the UG have already been concreted.

The work on the Sägewies III hillside development on the southern edge of Heiden is progressing according to plan. Slope stabilization work and excavation of the building site are currently taking place. As soon as the excavation reaches the underground parking level, the first construction crane will be erected. The first concrete work is scheduled for June.

In the presence of project participants, representatives of the municipality of Heiden, buyers and the ZIMA Projektentwicklung AG team, the starting signal was given for the three-part building ensemble.
