Pure quality of life
on the South Tyrolean Wine Route

The new building project at Weinstrasse 42 combines peace, sunshine and proximity to the center of Tramin - one of the most charming wine villages in South Tyrol. Stores for everyday needs, restaurants, cafés and the traditional winery are just a few steps away. The historic village center with its narrow streets, secluded squares and cultural events provides a Mediterranean flair.

For active guests, the surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails along the wine route or into the nearby mountains. Lake Kaltern can be reached in a few minutes and offers relaxation and water sports. Schools, kindergartens and medical care are located in the village. The good bus connections to Bolzano and Kaltern also make the location ideal for commuters and families. The perfect conditions for a relaxed life between vineyards, culture and nature.
