Reference

The Finkennest residential quarter was completed in 2018 within walking distance of the Isar River and Freising's old town. The project comprises a four-part building ensemble, with the three residential buildings A, B and C being constructed as a connected structure.

The result was a highly varied mix of apartments with 1- to 6-room apartments – from student apartments to exclusive maisonette apartments. All apartments are oriented towards the quiet south side and were realized with terraces, balconies or roof terraces. On the upper floors, the view extends to the Alps.

In addition to the higher-lying private open spaces, green spaces and a playground offer space for community life. The adjoining café creates additional comfort for the residents.
