Green residential quarter Attemsgarten
will be handed over at the end of the year

Quality of living, sustainability and community building are at the forefront of the Attemsgarten residential quarter: the green "scent mark" of the traditional location has been preserved - on the grounds of a former market garden, which once cultivated fruit and vegetables for the Viennese, the ZIMA planners have given generous green spaces plenty of room.
