Green residential quarter Attemsgarten
will be handed over at the end of the year
Quality of living, sustainability and community building are at the forefront of the Attemsgarten residential quarter: the green "scent mark" of the traditional location has been preserved - on the grounds of a former market garden, which once cultivated fruit and vegetables for the Viennese, the ZIMA planners have given generous green spaces plenty of room. All apartments have a private balcony or terrace with a view of the Schrickpark, which has been extended around the complex. The highlight of the Attemsgarten project: rooftop gardens covering an area of around 1,000 m² are being created on the accessible roof areas, where residents can grow their own fruit and vegetables.
